How to Connect to Staff Wi-Fi on a Personal Device
What happens if I can’t connect?
Android Phone
Go to Wi-Fi and click on HISD-Staff
In the drop down menus, click on “PEAP”
Then when asked for security certificates, choose “Do Not Validate”
Then enter your username (lastname.firstname) and your current password.
Apple Phone
Go to Wi-Fi and click on HISD-Staff
Type in username (lastname.firstname) and your current password.
What happens if I can’t connect?
Please check the following first:
Make sure your username doesn’t have the @howeisd.net at the end of it
Make sure your password is current and entered correctly

You can also “Forget” a network connection:
For Android- Hard Press on the internet connection and click “Forget”
For Apple- Press the “i” in the circle and then “Forget this Network”
