Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday!

Here are your tech tips for the week 🙂

OneNote and Outlook

If you are using the web version on Outlook, you might have noticed a OneNote symbol at the top of the screen:

This allows you to write sticky notes to yourself throughout the day (or after reading a specific email) and Outlook will save them for you automatically.  If you are a post-it person (like me!) this will save the mountains of paper on your desk.  To access your notes you have made, simply click on the OneNote symbol (red arrow is pointing to it) or go to "Notes" located under Archive:

Hour of Code and Santa's Tracker

Next week celebrates "Hour of Code!"  This is a nationwide effort for students to be more interested in computer science and to seek out technology careers.  In Clever, all students PK-12, have access to Code.org, which is the best place to start coding.  If you have any extra time in your classroom this month, I highly encourage you to have your students check it out!

Google also has a coding activity each year called "Santa's Tracker."  That is available here (for free!):  https://santatracker.google.com/

Jazz up your PowerPoint Presentations

Are you tired of the same old boring templates for your presentations?  Make them even better by going to https://www.slidescarnival.com/  You can download each template for PowerPoint or Google Slides and it is 100% free!!!!

Please keep on the lookout Friday for our December newsletter- I plan to share even more great resources and tips 🙂
