End of the Year Procedures 🙌

Only 20 more days until the last day of school!  Let's review how to back up your documents to OneDrive:

  1.  Open up your OneDrive folder on your computer by clicking on the file explorer symbol:

And then clicking on the OneDrive menu on the left side:

  1.  You might want to create a new folder to help organize your documents.  You can do that by right clicking anywhere in the OneDrive folder and then selecting "New" and then "Folder." And drag/drop or copy/paste any document you want to save into the new folder you created.  You can add documents from your desktop, downloads, pictures, etc.  Depending on how many documents you are adding, it might take a few minutes to fully sync.

Google Sheets 🤓

Google Sheets is just like Microsoft Excel- with a few differences.  Most of the tools available in Sheets are simpler and the ribbon menu at the top is less complicated.  I think of it as Microsoft Excel for beginners:

With Google Sheets you can:

* Create new spreadsheets or edit any that were created on the web or on another device
* Share spreadsheets and work together with others in the same spreadsheet at the same time
* Get stuff done anytime -- even without an internet connection
* Format cells, enter/sort data, view charts, insert formulas, use find/replace, and more
* Never worry about losing your work -- everything is automatically saved as you type
* Protect your spreadsheets with a 4-digit passcode
* Open, edit, and save Excel files

Have a great week!

Thanks,
