Hovercam Troublshooting

If your Hovercam is not showing up on your computer when you click "Flex 11" software on your desktop, please try following these steps:

  • Make sure the orange cable is plugged into your computer (sometimes it will come loose from the ports under the plastic cover from your new desktop computer)
  • Make sure there is a blue light coming from the Hovercam
  • Make sure that it is plugged into the correct port (there are two ports on the back- one says "install" and the other has a symbol.  Please make sure it is plugged into the Hovercam as shown below)
